I have been having a lot of fun the last few weeks. Being free with my diet and not following any particular plan for my health goals. Yes I have been slacking, I have not been doing my weekly workouts and I have been eating carbs like no tomorrow. But all of that is about to change. The real reason I have been slacking is because I know I am about to start a pretty consistent training sessions for the next few months. I am really excited about having my own football coach for the next few months 3-4 times per week. This is MY YEAR to reach my finess goals, and I will not be taking no for an answer.
As an adult I have never had the body that I wanted, and I don’t think I ever did enough to change that. This year I am reaching a pivotal time in my life, where I want to have some major goals crossed off my “bucket list”. So starting next week, I will be sharing this journey with all of you.
